The Sydney Morning Heral asked readers, “What should Rudd do in his first 100 days?” Amidst the enlightened requests for housing affordability, free dentistry, cheaper petrol and groceries, is this gem:

If Rudd turns out to be a fraction of the economic conservative he keeps pretending to be, a lot of his followers are going to be mighty disappointed.
Where do you think Rudd would show up on your political chart?
Also, if Rudd and his Ilk were to lower taxes, deregulate housing, deregulate the food industry, cancel farm subsidies, pull its iron fist out of the medical industry and lower petrol taxes, you would see drastically lowering costs on all of those things. But something tells me that Labour does not think along those lines. Oh well. Hope they continue enjoying their fantasies of elected leaders as Superheroes while they can.
